Bonus Rules

Scope and purpose

This Bonus Rules policy governs all promotional offers and bonus features made available by PHL789. It forms a binding part of the Terms of Use. By accepting or using any bonus, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms herein and to comply with all applicable promotional rules.

Definitions

• Bonus Funds: Promotional funds credited to the Bonus Balance as part of a promotion, not immediately withdrawable and subject to wagering requirements.
• Bonus Balance: The portion of your account dedicated to bonuses, separate from your Real Balance.
• Real Balance: Funds that are immediately available for wagering and withdrawal, not subject to bonus wagering until combined with a qualifying bonus.
• Free Spins: Spins awarded as part of a promotion, the winnings of which may be subject to wagering requirements or caps as specified in the offer.
• Wagering Requirements (Playthrough): The number of times the bonus (and, if applicable, the deposited amount) must be wagered before any bonus funds or related winnings may be withdrawn.
• Eligible Games: Games that contribute to wagering requirements as defined in each promotion; some game types may contribute fully, partially, or not at all.
• Maximum Cashout: The maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated while using a bonus, as stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• Irregular Play: Any play patterns or actions deemed abusive or exploitative of a bonus program, including but not limited to multi-account use, masking identities, or deliberate misalignment with wagering requirements.

Eligibility and account verification

Participation in bonuses is limited to eligible, registered, and verified accounts in good standing. Bonuses are generally available to individual accounts and are not transferable. The following restrictions apply unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion:

• One bonus per person, household, IP address, device, or deposit method, unless a separate promotion explicitly allows otherwise.
• All players must complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawing bonus-derived funds. Verification includes providing government-issued ID and proof of address in English or translated and attested where required.
• Bonuses are unavailable to players who are temporarily suspended, restricted, or located in jurisdictions where promotions are not permitted. Players who attempt to circumvent restrictions may have bonuses voided and accounts closed.

Bonus offers and eligibility

• The First Deposit Bonus is a promotion where a percentage of the deposited amount is added to the Bonus Balance, subject to wagering requirements and a maximum bonus cap. Example: 100% of the deposit up to €100. Minimum deposit to qualify: €10. Wagering: 30x the combined amount (deposit + bonus) on eligible games. Time limit: 30 days from credit. During wagering, the maximum bet is €5 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Live Casino and certain jackpot games may be excluded from wagering contributions.
• Promotional credits or free chips granted without an initial deposit. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount or to winnings derived therefrom as specified in the offer. Example: 60x on Slots; 80x on Tables/Video Poker. Maximum cashout for such bonuses is defined per offer (for example, €100). No-deposit bonuses are non-cashable beyond the approved withdrawal cap and must be used within the stated time frame.
• Free spins are awarded for selection of games. Winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements and any per-offer caps. Example: 50 Free Spins with a per-spin value of €0.10; wagering 30x on Slots. Free spins may have a separate expiry and may apply to specific games only.
• Some promotions may return a portion of net losses or activity as bonus funds. Such offers include explicit wagering requirements and caps as specified in the promotional terms.

Wagering requirements and playthrough

Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds and related winnings unless stated otherwise in the promotion. General rules are as follows:

• Deposit bonuses: 30x playthrough of the combined deposit and bonus amounts before any withdrawal is permitted.
• No-deposit bonuses: 60x playthrough for slots; 80x playthrough for supported Table Games and Video Poker unless the offer states a different rate.
• Wagering contributions by game type: Slots contribute 100%; Table Games contribute a partial amount (e.g., 20%); Live Casino, Jackpot games, and other categories may contribute 0% unless stated otherwise.
• Game-by-game restrictions apply. Some games may be excluded from wagering or contribute differently; consult the information card within the platform for each promotion.
• During wagering, the maximum bet is 10% of the bonus amount or €5, whichever is lower, per wager.
• Promotions convert the wagering progress to Bonus Redeem Points. When wagering is complete, remaining bonus funds may convert to Real Balance or be removed depending on the offer terms.
• Wagering must be completed within the promotion’s validity period (commonly 30 days). If wagering is not completed within the period, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

Activation, redemption, and use of bonuses

• Bonuses are activated and credited in accordance with the specific promotion rules. In most cases, no manual claim is required beyond completing the deposit or fulfilling initial eligibility.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. If a withdrawal is requested or a balance is pending, additional bonuses may be blocked or withheld.
• Bonus funds are used after real-money balances are exhausted, unless the offer specifies otherwise.
• Promotion terms may specify that winnings from bonus-related activity are non-cashable; such winnings may be retained as bonus funds until wagering is completed.

Withdrawals and cashouts

• Withdrawals are permitted only after meeting all applicable wagering requirements and verification checks. The maximum cashout associated with any bonus-based promotion is defined in the offer terms and may differ by promotion.
• Bonuses and their winnings may be capped. If a cap applies, any amount exceeding the cap will be removed from the withdrawal request.
• Bonus funds are not cashable until wagering requirements are fulfilled. If a withdrawal is made before completing playthrough, bonus funds and progress may be forfeited.
• Some payment methods and processing times may be restricted for bonus withdrawals. All withdrawals remain subject to standard verification and fraud-prevention checks.

Irregular play, bonus abuse, and sanctions

PHL789 maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. The following behaviours are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, account suspension, or closure:

• Multiple accounts per household, IP address, device, or payment method to claim multiple bonuses.
• Use of VPNs or masking IP addresses to obtain a promotion.
• Placing wagers that substantially exceed typical betting patterns to complete wagering requirements rapidly.
• Delaying game rounds or manipulating bonus features to avoid wagering obligations.

Expiry, forfeiture, and changes to terms

Bonuses have defined validity periods. If wagering requirements are not met or the offer expires, the bonus balance and related winnings may be removed. PHL789 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. The terms of individual promotions may supersede these general bonus rules when applicable.

KYC, documentation, and language

All players must provide KYC documentation before withdrawals, including identity verification and address confirmation. Documents should be in English or accompanied by a sworn English translation. PHL789 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for security and compliance purposes.

Governing terms

These Bonus Rules are governed by the Terms of Use and applicable laws. In the event of inconsistency between the Bonus Rules and any individual promotion terms, the specific promotion terms prevail. Where permitted, PHL789 may amend these rules by posting an updated version on the platform; continued participation constitutes acceptance of the changes.
